Working principle: 
The upper level carrier moves out until reaching at certain position, it turns 90 degree, then the upper level carrier moves down until reaching the floor. The car on the upper level carrier can move in or out freely. The car on the bottom level stays, does not need to move away when parking or taking the car on the upper level carrier
